Salesforce Sr. Developer – Service Cloud and Field Service Lightening

Technical/Functional Skills
• Certified Salesforce Developer. Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Configuring and implementing field service lightening use cases
• Configuring field service includes setting user types, territory management, work type management, skills management, user groups management, calendar management , technician clock-in, clock out, Work Order types, Zone setup, Service crew management, dispatcher console configurations. - Experience must be relevant and hands-on implementing the above features for a major client.
• We are not looking for a project lead or a coordinator type of person. This is not an admin role. This person would need to have development experience too.
• He/She should be able to clearly articulate which use case can be met by configuration changes and which may need some customization or coding changes.
• Must have integration experience with Mule Soft and ERP Systems and Cloud systems Certified Salesforce Architect - Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service Lightening.
• Participates in Agile Scrum Sessions as a Developer and Picks the User Stories for Development in Field Service Lightening and Service Cloud
• Follow Good Practices and Coding Standards for Development of User Stories
• Estimate the User Stories
• Complete the Development/Unit Testing and reviews with Product Owner for acceptance
• Follow CI CD process using Git, Jenkins as per the guidelines provided to the Scrum team
• Self-Organizing team member in a Scrum Team of 9
• Create Feature level documentation once the Feature is released to users
